Everybody can use some tips on how to feel better. Here is a link to some foolproof tips! Information is the key to happiness. Think about it! Have you ever gotten overwhelmed or created drama for no reason in your life. Well this is all created by your mind. Once you learn how to control your minds thoughts, that’s when you will really be free from your unhappiness. You are the only one that can control how you feel. You “CHOOSE” to be happy, joyful, positive or you “CHOOSE” to be negative, sad, angry. That is why I say information is the key to your happiness. Once you realize you are in control of your happiness then that’s when the change comes.

Now is the Power!
I have recently been on the journey of learning about my true dog self. I have finished reading “The Power of Now” man were my paws tired after that. I sure did learn a whole new perspective of myself and others around me. I have searched for how to stop my mind and thoughts from taking me over. I still get mad and BARK sometimes. It has been very bad…to the point of me not moving, howling, or wanting to be a dog. If this sounds like something you are going through I invite you to read “The Power of Now”
One of the many things I have learned and am practicing on is taking my attention away from thinking about bones and directing my attention it into my body. How to do this? Well, put the bone down, walk into a quiet place and focus on nothing for 5 mins. This is called meditation. At first you will feel yourself thinking about bones, barking, marking, and focusing on sounds around you. All of these things are like a news ticker at the bottom of a news cast. Don’t focus on it just let it go by. This is natural part of the meditation process but just let it go. What I do is focus on my breathing. Breathing in and out slowly and this is where I feel my thoughts come in and I let them go right out. Once I focus my attention on that thought it starts a life of its own, so I just let it go. Now this will take some practice at first but it’s ok. You can do it if you are a committed person. I invite you to a 30 day challenge of meditating for 5 mins everyday.
